Ingredients

  • 130 Grams Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 Tin Black Beans
  • 1 onion
  • 65 Grams Oats
  • 300 Grams Mushrooms
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 65 Grams walnuts
  • 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper or Jared
  • Half Teaspoon Chilli Powder, OPTIONAL

Method

  • 1)

    Cook Rice

  • 2)

    Mince mushrooms in food processor

  • 3)

    Place walnuts, oats, chili powder, smoked paprika, sea and black pepper into food processor until walnuts and oats are super fine.

  • 4)

    Add mushrooms, chopped roasted pepper,onions, and garlic to a frying pain until soft. Drain off any excess liquid

  • 5)

    Mash the black beans with the back of a fork

  • 6)

    large mixing bowl add mix everything together

  • 7)

    Make into patties and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes

  • 8)

    Grill, Oven Bake or Fry – I tend to brush with BBQ sauce
